關(guān)于迪斯尼玩具產(chǎn)品的品質(zhì)控制管理部分主要是兩大塊：產(chǎn)品測(cè)試 + 工廠審核

1. 產(chǎn)品測(cè)試：
目前迪斯尼全球唯一指定的測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)室只有3家: BV, ITS, UL. 其中主要測(cè)試產(chǎn)品線都被BV和ITS瓜分. UL只有很少一部分.
測(cè)試全部由工廠自行送樣, 不采用上門驗(yàn)貨抽板形式.
測(cè)試費(fèi)也全部由買方直接支付給實(shí)驗(yàn)室, 只有極少數(shù)的個(gè)別情況由供應(yīng)商自行支付測(cè)試費(fèi).
在產(chǎn)品線分配上, 目前來看完全沒有固定規(guī)律可循, 全憑采購方心情, 不分產(chǎn)品線隨機(jī)分配. 同樣的產(chǎn)品, 可能今天給BV, 明天給ITS做.
測(cè)試不接受retest, fail測(cè)試的情況發(fā)預(yù)報(bào)告給disney, disney決定接受不接受, 要么接受, 要么fail出, 不做retest.
每個(gè)產(chǎn)品都有一個(gè)PRR號(hào)碼, 根據(jù)PRR號(hào)碼確認(rèn)PG LIST分類,有了分類后可以根據(jù)不同目的國要求做具體測(cè)試.

Disney美國玩具的話，根據(jù)stage是FA - Final Audit 還是 EA - Expiry Audit 會(huì)有不同測(cè)試要求。
FA階段Safety+quality都做。EA階段一般只做safety

現(xiàn)在迪斯尼驗(yàn)廠是可以用另外一個(gè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)sedex替代的 時(shí)間快 價(jià)格低 難度小, 通過后同樣可以拿到迪斯尼授權(quán)fama證書
