2011版本EN71 更新要求

update info for EN71 2011 version

1.所有玩具, CE標(biāo)識(shí)產(chǎn)品和外包裝必須同時(shí)有,尺寸要求大于或等于5mm

All toys have to put CE mark both on product and packaging, size>5mm 

2.所有玩具進(jìn)口商名稱和地址, 產(chǎn)品和外包裝必須同時(shí)有

All toys have to mark impoter name and address both on product and packaging

3.所有玩具生產(chǎn)商名稱和地址, 產(chǎn)品和外包裝必須同時(shí)有 （可以同進(jìn)口商）

All toys have to mark manufactory name and address both on product and packaging ( but manufactory and importer can be the same one )

4.所有玩具 序列號(hào) 或 批號(hào) 或 型號(hào) 等產(chǎn)品識(shí)別信息在產(chǎn)品和外包裝上必須同時(shí)有

All toys have to mark serial no. or batch no. or item no. both on product and packaging

5.所有毛絨玩具產(chǎn)品上必須有洗標(biāo)

All plush toys have to put washing labels on product

6. EN71-2 19項(xiàng)重金屬新標(biāo)準(zhǔn), 現(xiàn)在處于過(guò)渡時(shí)期, 到2013年正式強(qiáng)制, 客戶目前可以在新老標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中自由選擇

New EN71-3 heavy metals test is now in a transition period, will be full forced in 2013, both the new and old version norm is OK at the moment

 
2014年6月20日和23日，歐盟委員會(huì)分別發(fā)布指令2014/79/EU和2014/81/EU，對(duì)玩具安全指令2009/48/EC 附錄II附件C進(jìn)行修訂，分別規(guī)定了玩具中TCEP﹑TCPP和TDCP三種阻燃劑以及BPA的限量要求，并規(guī)定將在2015年12月21日實(shí)施。
